In 2021, a new chapter of our journey began with the opening of TVG at Amer Road, Jaipur. What started as a passion for serving flavorful vegetarian experiences quickly became a space where tradition, innovation, and hospitality came together.
Over time, we were blessed to welcome not only the wonderful people of Jaipur but also travelers from across the country and around the world. Through their tastes and stories, we discovered a beautiful blend of food preferences — some longed for the rich authenticity of Rajasthani cuisine, while others craved the elegance of global dishes.
Embracing both worlds, we dreamed bigger. In 2023, we laid the foundation for something close to our hearts — "Jaipur Ri Dhani" — a concept born from our travels, experiences, and love for the roots of Rajasthan. We visited countless places, only to realize one truth: Nothing compares to the soul and simplicity of village life.
So, we set out to create a space that mirrors the rustic beauty of a Rajasthani village, yet serves both local and international cuisines under one roof. Every corner was crafted with care, every wall holds a story, and every brick carries our hard work, dedication, emotions, and sweat.
Now, in 2025, that dream stands tall. More than just a structure, Jaipur Ri Dhani is a reflection of our journey, our love for culture, and our deep respect for the people who made it all possible — you.
