Welcome to Jaipur Ri Dhani. By booking visits or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Booking Information

• Visitors must provide accurate personal and contact details.
• Visits are valid only for the selected date and time.
• Visits are non-transferable.
• Misuse or fraudulent activity will result in cancellation.

2. Child & Adult Booking Policy

• Children measuring 3–4 feet in height are charged at child ticket rates.
• Visitors above 4 feet are considered adults.
• Children below 3 years get free entry.

3. Entry Rules

• Please carry a valid booking confirmation (SMS/Email/WhatsApp).
• Entry may be denied in case of incorrect booking details or misconduct.
• Outside food is not permitted inside Jaipur Ri Dhani premises.

4. Payment Terms

• All online payments are processed through secure gateways like Razorpay.
• Jaipur Ri Dhani does not store your card or UPI details.
• In case of payment failure, booking will not be confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund rules (as per Jaipur Ri Dhani cancellation policy):

• 100% Refund if cancelled within 1 hours of booking.
• If the booking is cancelled by Jaipur Ri Dhani Management Team for any of the races, then you will get a full refund of the total amount of the Visiting booking.
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method only.

6. Changes to Terms

Jaipur Ri Dhani reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
